Availability:
I will reschedule the consult if there is a client or class in the time slot.
I can no longer fit in consults during the week even if there is availability. Training availability will be discussed during consult.

* Reschedule Rule (PT sessions)
- Reschedule at least 24hrs before appointment
- If a spontaneous event arises please reschedule or contact me to reschedule at the beginning of the day or 2 hours before your appointment to reschedule without session counting against you.
- After 2 times of same day of training rescheduling on the clients behalf, your session will be non-refundable and you will need to book a new appointment to continue or proceed with your next schedule session to continue, if you book per session.
*No Shows
- NOT refundable. You will need to book another appointment or proceed with your next scheduled appointment to continue.
- you CAN reschedule to an open slot within the same week
*refunds
All plans are non-refundable, because clients are able to cancel before their next billing date.
If a refund is ever issued, that means you are not satisfied with the service provided. If at any point a refund is issued, you will not be allowed to book with GetFitWithDiva again to maintain integrity of the business.
If a chargeback occurs because you failed to cancel a plan or asked for a refund I didnrsquot allow, the site will automatically block you from resigning up again.
If you would like to credit your sessions and use them later due to spontaneous circumstances, you will need to contact me within the same 30 day period of your billing cycle, I can always cancel it for you if you donrsquot know how.
This not not be mean or strict on rules, this is to help clients understand they cannot waste a persons time/ timeslot because they didnrsquot feel like coming or cancelling on time. Time wasted should be on the client not the business. Time is not something you get back.
